GOD Moments: Am I an Angel?

Very often I have God moments.  A God moment is when I'll think about something, or ask God a question, and he DIRECTLY responds to me. (Click here for a full God Moment Definition)  Non-believers will question me, but it does happen to me.

As I open my car door this morning, I see a plastic bag full of coins from the day we had our garage sale. It must've been @least $25-30 in quarters. (I'm only estimating, but it was a lot of quarters).

I jump in the drivers seat, and have a conversation with myself. The conversation went exactly like this. (YES! I have conversations with myself all the time! Especially in the car.)

*conversing with my thoughts
"What am I going to do with that bag of money? I don't have enough time today to stop and change it out."
"You can't carry it with you on the airplane, because your hands are full and it's a lil heavy"

"Since you're shipping your car today, you can't leave it in there."

"Why don't you swing by Pearl City, on your way to schofield, and see if the homeless man Tiaone always helps out is standing at his usual corner?"

"Yeah! That's it! That's the plan! Done deal!"

"But first! Handle business, and take these boxes to the Post Office to ship to your mother in law"
*end of conversation

I pull my vehicle into the post office parking lot, run in to get some boxes, and come back to my car to pack up the things to ship.

As I'm standing at the trunk of my car sealing up the boxes, an older man (quite weary without a shirt and shoes) walks up to the front of my car. He gently looks up and speaks in only what I can describe as a cheerful plea. He kindly says, "Excuse me would you be an "ANGEL" and help me out? With a dollar or even a "QUARTER" (his tone goes slightly higher as he says "Quarter?)"

I didn't hesitate for a second. It was as if my body was in auto pilot. I walked to the passenger side of my vehicle, and pulled out the plastic bag of quarters. (The same bag I didn't know what to do with earlier) And I hand the entire bag to him.

His eyes opened widely, smile at me, and said "Thank You!" then went on his way. I simply smiled at him, then turned and walked back to my trunk (staring at the sealed boxes on the ground)

*conversation with myself begins again
"hmmm... How am I going to carry all of these boxes?"
"Without leaving some of them on the road unattended?"
*end conversation

*Man #2 immediately walks up. "Excuse me miss, would you like some help?" Without waiting for an answer, he picks up my boxes, and takes them into the post office for me.

All of these things happened within a few minutes. And the funnier thing is that none of us really spoke to each other, other than Thank you, and smiles.

God's work at his finest! I am convinced that each of us are put on this Earth to serve one another

It wasn't the acts that were performed today that amazes me, it was the words spoken that confirmed without a doubt it was a Divine Act. We were all there at the same place, at the right time because God had this planned for us.

When the weary man asked me if I could be an 'ANGEL' and if I could spare him a 'QUARTER'..... only God knew what words to put in his mouth.

I can say that today God used me as an Angel. I was this man's Angel sent to answer his prayers. And at the same time, God sent me an Angel to help me with my situation.

I KNOW the money I gave this man helped him out today, but I think he helped me out more. I left having the greatest feeling in the world. It was truly better to give than to receive. This my friends is my God Moment. Words cannot truly explain the emotions that ran through me, but I CAN say that it made my day knowing I witnessed a Divine Act.

May God Bless You All!
